Polk County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) said law enforcement is investigating after a 4-year-old child was shot. A 4-year-old child has been critically injured after being shot in a Burger King parking lot in Bartow, Florida. The child sustained critical injuries from a gunshot inside the vehicle. Polk County Sheriff's Office (PCSO) is assisting Bartow Police in the investigation. The shooting occurred at a Burger Kings parking lot. Pasco County mom of 5, Jasmine Young, has been caring for three neglected girls whose mother is facing child neglect charges for leaving them without food, power or water.
