Hit-and-run driver accused of killing bicyclist on U.S. 92 arrested
Troopers have arrested a man they said hit and killed a bicyclist earlier this month and took off. The Florida Highway Patrol has arrested L.A. L. L.nowne, L. Additionally, the driver of a silver or dark-colored mid-sized SUV allegedly hit and killed a bicyclist on U.S. 92 on December 20, 2025. The victim, a 38-year-old Nicaraguan man, died at the scene. The Florida State Department has recovered the suspect vehicle, a 2001 Honda Passport.
