The grand opening will come after a series of special preview nights. The restaurant's main draw is its Tableside Sushi service, which chefs bring the ingredients to the table and build each dish while diners watch. The sushi menu includes over 30 rolls and at least a dozen house specialties. Specialty cocktails and a large selection of Japanese sake and whiskey also feature. The team behind Soho sushi has been a part of the Tampa dining scene for over 20 years and brings its sushi to a "bespoke" experience designed for urban tastes.
