They Hate Change Plays Rare Tampa Show Oct. 29
They Hate Change rarely plays Tampa shows. That changes Oct. 29 at Wave & See. Tampa rap duo They Hate Change will perform at Wave & See Creative Sanctuary in Tampa on Oct. 29 as part of the recurring Heightened Senses event in Tampa Heights. The free event includes drum-and-harp duo Katara and Skip & the Sentimentals, with no cover charge. This is a rare appearance for the duo, which is seen as a major get for Wave & see's monthly series. The event includes a consistent format: outdoor market, music on the back patio, and a separate show inside the gallery space. Bay Area rapper Perception is also tied to the event. This isn't the first time Wave &See has hosted eclectic programming, with a previous event featuring a jazz band, Golden Flower, and an art show featuring more than a dozen artists.
