The recognition reflects Tampa General's continued investment in advanced technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI) and predictive analytics, to improve patient care, clinical outcomes and operational efficiency. The ranking recognises 410 leading hospitals across 33 countries for their use of advanced digital healthcare technologies. Among Tampa General’ most significant advancements is its Care Coordination Center (C3), developed in partnership with Palantir Technologies, which integrates electronic health record data, predictive analytics and real-time clinical information to help care teams anticipate patient needs, identify potential complications and coordinate earlier interventions. The Sepsis Hub has helped save over 1,000 lives and decreased length of stay for sepsis patients by approximately 30%. Additionally, TGH is using AI and automation to make healthcare services more accessible and improve operational performance.
