Along South Church Avenue, traffic will be restricted in both directions between West San Obispo Street and west Palmira Avenue, and another crew will perform distribution maintenance on West Bougainvillea Avenue between North Ola Avenue and North Boulevard. The department expects repairs to conclude by 4 p.m. on Wednesday, but additional follow-up work may require crews to return later.
