Apparently, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Still Own the Carolina Panthers
Cue legendary Pro Football Hall of Fame coach Vince Lombardi. It was the classic “what could go wrong, did go wrong” game for the first-place Carolina Panthers. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers defeated the Carolina Panthers 43-13 at Bank of America Stadium, marking an ugly game for Dave Canales' team. The Panthers trailed 33-6 at halftime, with the team's offense, defense, and special teams contributing significantly to the Buccaneers' point total. The Buccaneers' defense surrendered 147 yards rushing and three offensive touchdowns in the first 30 minutes of play, and the Panthers' quarterback, Bryce Young, was picked off twice and lost a fumble that was returned for a touchdown. The game marked the second time the Panthers have lost at home this season. The teams will face each other in Week 12 at Tampa, a place they haven't won at since 2017.
