An inmate death was reported in Central Florida. An inmate death has been reported in Central Florida, with 57-year-old Carlos Howard being discovered unresponsive at the Falkenburg Road Jail in Tampa. The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the death. Howard was transported to a local hospital and pronounced dead at 5:33am. The Medical Examiner’S Office is determining the official cause of death. Next of Kin was notified of Howard's death.
