Around 11:18 p.m., Polk County Sheriff’s deputies stopped a white SUV that was driving without its headlights on Fish Hatchery Road west of Lakeland.

The sheriff’s office said the SUV’s license plate did not match the vehicle and none of the three people inside could provide details about the vehicle’s ownership.
