Sherry de Cuba began her career as an educator, but in 2009 changed her career path to begin work at a federally qualified community health center to provide health care access to the underserved pop-ulation.

Today, she serves as the chief compliance and culture officer for Greenway Health, where she is launching a new career professional development program, including career mapping, a career academy, and a leadership institute. Last year, the organization implemented a four-month leadership training program, and she was able to tap into her academic background to teach a class on ethical leadership.

When she’s not working, de Cuba can be found volunteering on the leadership council for The Sequoia Project, for the ALICE Project at United Way, or on the Electronic Health Records Association public policy committee.
