The event, part of the Spotlight Tampa Bay community conversation series, will take place on Oct. 27 at the Feeding Tampa Bay Causeway Center in Tampa. The panelists will discuss brain health at every stage of life, offering expert tips on everyday habits that can support health, from sleep, to changes in memory, movement and independence.
