TOWN 'N' COUNTRY, Fla. — Florida Highway Patrol troopers are searching for the motorcyclist who killed a man in a hit-and-run crash earlier this month in Town 'N' Country.
The crash happened at 12:15 a.m. on March 18 on Hillsborough Avenue near George Road.
Troopers say a 32-year-old man was attempting to cross Hillsborough Avenue when he was hit by a motorcyclist driving westbound. The driver fled the scene.
Security camera footage shows the moment the man was thrown into the air from the impact.
The pedestrian was transported to a local hospital where he died from his injuries.
